Criminal Litigation
Our criminal litigation team is experienced in representing clients in criminal offences ranging from the low level offences, to the most serious.
At Le Gallais & Luce our criminal litigation team is reliable, non-judgemental, dedicated and supportive – we understand that criminal proceedings are stressful. Our team will guide you through the criminal process in a clear and understandable way. Our experienced Advocates appear in the Magistrate’s Court, Royal Court, and Court of Appeal – you can be assured that you are in experienced hands at Le Gallais & Luce.
Our team includes Advocate Christopher Austin who has been involved with criminal proceedings as part of his varied legal practice from the outset of his Jersey legal career in 1996 onwards, and more particularly from his call to the Jersey Bar in 2014, since when he has regularly represented clients in both the Magistrates Court and the Royal Court.
At Le Gallais & Luce we provide not only advice, which is affordable, but which is pragmatic and strategically aware of the intricacies of criminal law. We offer an initial free discussion to determine whether we can help you, and to assist you to decide how to proceed.
