Administration Assistant – Property Department
Location: Jersey
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our busy Property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to support our team in delivering high-quality service to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Experience in handling client onboarding and appointment scheduling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.
- Proactive, team-orientated mindset.
- Entitled or Entitled for Work status.
