Marcia is a senior conveyancer at Le Gallais & Luce, having joined us in 1999.
Since becoming a conveyancer in 1988, Marcia served in the Bailiff’s Working Party between 2005 and 2007, representing the Jersey Property Conveyancers Association with regard to the move from French to English. She was Secretary of the Jersey Property Conveyancing Association from 2009 to 2011, and has been a member of the Bailiff’s Working Party since 2014, exploring the desirability and feasibility of introducing registered title. Marcia has also been called upon to act as an expert at a Vue du Viscomte.
