Dave is a senior conveyancer at Le Gallais & Luce.
Having started his career at Le Gallais & Luce, Dave spent 15 years at Bedell & Cristin as assistant conveyancing manager, before rejoining us in 2013.
Dave is highly experienced in residential purchases, sales, equity releases and boundary agreements as well as acting in commercial transactions for developers with regard to small/medium size residential developments. He has also been called upon to act as an expert in a Vue du Viscomte and Vue de Justice.
